You can view Landonline fees information in 2 ways:
- View a quick summary of today’s search spend for a specific client reference in Web Search.
- View a full Fees report for a date range, client reference, or transaction ID, including dealing or survey transactions where applicable.
For information on how to run a fees report, see:
Fees report
Fees are charged when the documents are delivered, not when you make the purchase.
Any duplicate search charges with the same:
- client reference, and
- same document type/description, and
- ordered on the same day
will be cancelled overnight. If you check your fees report the next day, the status of any duplicates is ‘Cancelled-Withdrawn’ and the charges are reversed.
