Toitu Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand uses the DC Loader for downloading your two year Digital Certificate.

Your Digital Certificate can only be installed on one computer. If you need to transfer it from one computer to another (e.g. you have a new computer or your work location changes), there are three stages you need to follow, in order.

To gain a Digital Certificate, applicants must provide a certified copy of an acceptable form of Government-produced photo identification.
