Summer services update
Toitū Te Whenua took over the management of our Crown lands and properties on 1 October 2023.
This includes:
- looking after our customers who have a license, lease or permit to operate a business or carry out an activity on Crown lands and properties
- processing applications for the use of non-residential lands and properties.

To request a maintenance or facility service please phone 0800 663 338 – press one and you will be transferred through to our facilities maintenance service provider, Downer.
