You can check the status of your orders and download them again within 14 days of the original purchase if needed.
What to do
View the status of ordered property records
Select the Product list icon in the header.
Select the Recent orders icon.
- View the status of each download, viewed and emailed order.
- Purchases being generated and not yet ready to be downloaded.
Purchases generated are ready for download.
- Select the triangle to the left of each order to view the information included in the download. Select the triangle again to collapse the information. Information included in the download is:
- Client reference.
- Firm ID.
Property records.
Property records purchased for download within the last 14 days display. Note: the information will show as at the date the product was generated.
Download an item from the list
Select the Download icon to the right to download the record(s) again.
- Orders with email delivery selected will be sent as PDF attachments, any order where the total file size is greater than 7MB will be sent as a zip file to download, and the PDF attachments can be opened from there.
If the icon is greyed out (as the records are currently generating) you will be unable to use it.
To hide the Recent orders list, select the x in the top-right corner of the list or the Product list icon in the header.
