Search for supporting documents can be found at the foot of the search filter.
Search Powers of Attorney by Name of Donor
Select Power of attorney (by Name of Donor) from the drop-down menu at the foot of the search filter.
Follow the prompt to enter the donor’s name.
The summary panel displays the results.
Search Memorandum by Number
Select Memorandum (by Number) to search for a Memorandum.
The summary panel displays the results.
Order Supporting Documents
You can order or add valid supporting documents to the product list.
Order all supporting documents
Check the box next to the document ID at the top of the panel to select all the documents and add them to the product list.
This example shows the first 5 documents of the 22 added to the product list.
Order multiple supporting documents
Check the box beside each document if you want to select some but not all supporting documents.
Order single supporting document
By using the tools on the right to the document details, you can order a single document by:
- View in a new window
- Download
- Add to product list.
Note: Some of the documents such as those in Pending status are restricted to view by LINZ staff only and cannot be added to the product list.
