Insert names when there are multiple Conveyancing Professionals

As the names of the parties to the dealing are contained only in the image, you may need to type these in so they can be used elsewhere in your dealing. 

For example, you'd add names in when there are: 

• multiple Conveyancing Professionals representing a role. You would insert the names of the relevant parties so the Conveyancing Professional can select the relevant name of who they are signing on behalf of.   
• instruments requiring a tax statement or Notice of Change, which the system needs to populate with the parties’ names.

How to insert names

1. Toggle the person icon to add an individual, or the building icon to add a corporate name.
2. Add names in the fields.

Use +Add row to add another name.

Select the red delete icon that looks like a trashcan to remove a name.
