Attention Dealings users
An Affected Instrument field will only appear above the Attach image field if the image only instrument you are preparing is of a type which affects an existing instrument.
For example, a Surrender of Lease will have an Affected Instrument field.
How to add an affected instrument number
An affected instrument number will pre-populate the Affected Instrument field if there is only 1 relevant instrument on the title.
Check the instrument number in the Affected Instrument field is correct.
If there is more than 1 relevant instrument, select the correct affected instrument number from the drop-down list in the Affected Instrument field.
If needed, turn the Change due to pending dealing toggle on and enter the instrument number from a pending dealing.
