Replace a supporting document
1. Open the supporting documents panel
Select the Supporting documents icon in the left-hand Workflow control bar.

2. Find or sort supporting documents

The panel lists each attached supporting document and its details. You can search or sort the list.
Search supporting document
Use the Search box to filter supporting documents. The application searches keywords from any column in the panel:
- Document type
- Comment
- File name
- Last updated.
As you start typing, the list is filtered to only include items that match.

Sort documents
Click on any column heading to reorder the list:
- alphabetically/by date ascending
- alphabetically/by date descending
- back to its original order.

3. Edit your supporting documents
You can edit the document type or comment for any attached supporting document. You can also replace or delete a supporting document.
The Last updated field will reflect the date and time of any change you make.

Edit supporting document type
- Double-click in the Document type field for the supporting document you are editing.
Select a new document type from the dropdown list. Use the scroll bar to locate the document type you need.
Edit or add comment
- Double-click in the Comment field to edit an existing comment, or add a new comment.
Press Tab on your keyboard to save.
4. View, download, delete, or replace a supporting document
Select the 3-dot menu at the right of a supporting document to:
- view it
- download it
- delete it
- replace it.

View supporting document
Select View to view the document. This will open in a new tab in your web browser.
You will need to have popups enabled for this site to be able to view supporting documents.

Download supporting document
Select Download to download a copy of the file to your computer.
Any documents that were converted to greyscale will download in TIF format.
Delete supporting document
Select Delete to delete the file immediately. This cannot be undone. If you need to replace a file you have deleted, you will have to add it again.
Replace supporting document
Select Replace to replace the attached supporting document with another one.
