The practitioners’ names automatically pre-populate with the primary contact details from each firm involved in the instrument the NoC is associated with. If there are multiple primary contacts for the instrument it will populate with the first primary contact name.
2. Edit details, if needed.
Edit these details if you want to provide the territorial authority with different contact details for your firm. Any changes made to this section do not change the dealing information.
