Land Record Search allows you to search our land register and buy titles, survey plans, instruments and other land records for $6 each.
Searching for names and privacy
You can't search for individual's names or do a bulk search in Land Record Search. When a land record is bought it will include names of owners and interest holders recorded on the title.
Land records available to search in our register are public record under the Land Transfer Act 2017. That means Land Record Search does not infringe on anyone's privacy.
Available hours
Land Record Search is available to take orders:
Monday to Friday: 6am to 10pm
Saturday: 6am to 7pm
Sunday: 6am to 7pm.
Fees
It costs $6 per land record order.
