Landonline users can access any Landonline account they are linked to using their Digital Certificate, because the Digital Certificate is a security credential issued to the individual not the firm or account holder.
When a user is linked to multiple Landonline accounts this is called multiple firm association.
Common examples are when an attorney is being linked to a sole practitioner’s Landonline account, or a person is working for multiple firms.
Multiple firm associations are used by smaller firms to ensure cover is available if a solicitor or surveyor is away and a dealing or survey dataset needs to be signed.
Multiple firm associations are also used for search agency firms assisting in preparing a dealing for other firms.

- their email and phone contacts for each account they are associated with.
The user will also need to provide proof of identification and their Annual Practising Certificate, if signing rights are requested and LINZ doesn't already hold these records. The user can call Customer Support on 0800 665 463 to check.
The letter, proof of identification and Annual Practising Certificate should be scanned as a PDF and emailed to lolsignup@linz.govt.nz. All scans must be clear, readable, and in full colour.
Documentation we need from the account holder
