Dealing with titles with different ownership
If you need to transmit titles that don't have common ownership, for example, you're transmitting a trustee of multiple trusts, you'll need to add individual transmission instruments for each unique ownership combination.
If you need to transmit a mortgage or other interest on titles that don't have common ownership, this can be done using Instrument mode.
Separate lines for each transferee
You need to use a separate line for each transferee. For example, if there were 2 companies to be displayed as the new registered owners then for the second name you would add a row and enter the company name in the Corporate Name field on the blank row.
Corporate names
Any details other than the name of an individual, such as a corporate name, should not be entered into the Name fields.
Corporate names should be entered in full into the Corporate Name field only. Corporate names are any names other than a private individual, for example, names recorded at the Companies Office, Crown entities, councils, banks, His Majesty the King.
