Viewing, printing and saving property tax statements

How to view, print and save your property tax statements.

You can view, print and save tax statements from the Tax Statement Preview screen and you can also access this screen from the Authority and Instruction form screen.

Pressing the Print Preview button in the Prepare Tax Statements screen displays the Tax Statement Preview screen. The Tax Statement Preview screen generates tax statements from the information entered at the time in the Prepare Tax Statement screen. Tax Statements can be viewed, printed or saved. 

Note:

You can only view the tax statements that you and others associated to your firm's account are responsible for.

The Tax Statement Preview screen displays as follows:

  1. Previous and Next buttons move the user between the tax statements their firm is responsible for
  2. Save as… allows the tax statement to be saved as a Rich Text Format (RTF)
  3. Print and Print All buttons allow either the current tax statement or all tax statements to be printed, viewed and saved through the UniPrint application.

The Print Tax Forms button enables tax statements to be printed, viewed and saved through the UniPrint application.

You can only access tax statements that you and others associated to your firm’s account are responsible for, and only if at least some tax information has been completed in the Tax Statement Edit screen.
