Add covenant notations to schedule / memorandum tables

Follow these steps to add notations recording new covenants, existing covenants to be retained or existing covenants to be revoked.

Add a Note

The simplest option is to add a note in the automated Schedule / Memorandum. First you need to create a Notes table.

  1. Open the Schedule / Memorandum panel.
  2. Select + Create table.
  3. Select Notes.

  1. Type in the appropriate notation to meet CSR 2021 rule 95(2). Your note will auto save when you close the panel. Left mouse click outside the note area to save the entered text and stay in the panel.

Editing text in the Notes field

Once in the text field, you can single left mouse click to select the location where you want to change the text. You can double left mouse click to select one word, or triple left mouse click to select the entire line.  You can also hold down the left mouse button and drag to select multiple characters.

You can also use the standard keyboard selection shortcuts, such as Ctrl + Shift + right arrow to extend the current selection by one word, or Shift + arrow up or down to extend the current selection by one line up or down.

Adding more than one note

The automated Schedule / Memorandum allows only one Notes table. You can specify different notes by starting each note on a new row and adding a number to each note.

Changing the table type or deleting the Notes table

Select the 3-dot menu to delete the Notes table. You can also change the table type to Amalgamation conditions, or vice versa.
