Transfer

Types of transfers you can prepare in New Landonline

Transfer of ownership you can prepare in New Landonline include:

  • Full transfer (Simple mode)
  • Transfer as to shares or interests (Complex mode) 
  • Transfer only part of the land (Complex mode)
  • Transfer a mortgage or other interest (Instrument mode).

The following transfer instruments must be completed in Legacy Landonline:

  • Transfer of Lease (TL)
  • Transfer of Mortgage (TM).

The details for the registered owner will not display for affected titles subject to a withholding direction (hidden title).
