Add or remove an existing parcel using Spatial view

Add an existing parcel 

What to do 

1. Open the Existing parcels panel. 

   

2. Select Add/remove existing parcels. 

   

3. On the spatial view, left click to select the desired parcel.  The parcel appellation will show in the Add/remove existing parcels panel, on the right side of the screen. 

   

4. Left click on the same existing parcel to deselect it. 

5. Click on the Add/remove selected parcels button to add the parcel to the Existing parcels panel. 

   

6. You will briefly see a confirmation message confirming the parcel has been added to your survey. 

   

7. The existing parcel is added to the bottom of the Existing parcels panel. 

   

8. By default, existing parcels are added with the Action of Extinguished. Double left mouse click into the Action field to amend this, if necessary. 

   Note: You can’t edit any of the other parcel fields because they are existing parcels, and the details are already set.  

   

Remove an existing parcel  

You can also remove an existing parcel using spatial view. 

1. Left click on Add/remove existing parcels. 

   

2. On the spatial view, left click on the parcel to select it.  The parcel will be added to the Remove parcels list. 

   

3. Left click the Add/remove selected parcels button to remove the selected existing parcel from the Existing parcels panel. 

   

    The parcel will now be removed.
