e-Search users have a Create Request icon in workspace, as well as My Requests and All Requests folders.
When the Create Request screen opens the type of request to be created must be selected, and other details checked and completed (note that details to be completed will depend on the request type selected).
You can select from 4 options for the request type (TA amalgamation has been added, as a number of Territorial Authority users who send amalgamation requests to LINZ are not TA certification users).
All requests will display in the My Requests folder in Workspace.
Sent requests will display with an hour glass symbol, until completed. Once completed they will be removed from the tree and you will receive an email confirmation.
