This guideline provides an overview of the common elements included in claims settlement Acts that impact on the registration process. This includes removing resumptive memorials, cultural redress property, commercial redress property and memorial formats.
The general guideline is designed for use with specific guidelines developed for each Treaty claims settlement Act [refer to listings below].
