This OIA response provides the Overseas Investments Assessment Reports, third party submissions and investigation documentation prepared for applications 201420046, 201720096 and 201900389.
The three cases involved in the request are Waste Management NZ Limited’s acquisitions of:
- up to 100% of the shares in Living Earth Limited
- a freehold interest in approximately 363.5567ha at 1282 State Highway 1 & 656.9413ha at Mahurangi Forest
- a freehold interest in approximately 4.7838 ha at 1232 State Highway 1, Wayby Valley, Auckland.
