This OIA response provides the Survey and Title reporting dashboards for the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 financial years.

Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand measures the time from the point at which a title dealing and/or a survey plan is lodged with us for processing.

Included in this response is:

  • A responding letter from the Manager Operations, Property Rights, Dated 9 August 2021
  • Supporting information for the dashboard excerpts with an explanation of what each graph displays, and some of the terms used.  
  • Survey and Title reporting dashboards, displaying the 2019-2020, and 2020-2021 financial years. These dashboards are used to monitor the volume of Title Dealings, or Cadastral Survey Datasets submitted by customers, and the average processing time by month.
