Summer services update
The Official Information Act response details that no roads were stopped by the Minister for Land Information under section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981 in the Waitakere Ranges Regional Park (and surrounding Waitakere Heritage Area Suburbs) since 2018.
It also details that the Minister for Land Information is not involved in rezoning. Suburbs determined to be within the Waitakere Heritage Area were determined with reference to Auckland Council’s website: Waitākere Ranges Heritage Area
