Clarification on any restrictions regarding purpose for searching the register and details of organisations/individuals who have searched for or accessed a record of title.
The response provides clarification on the use and nature of the land register and what restrictions LINZ places on the purpose for which a search for land information may be conducted.
The response provides details on searches made in both Landonline and Land record Search (LRS) within the date range 1 July 2023 – 25 January 2024 for the title 478149 and includes details of who made those searches and the dates the searches were conducted.
