Request was for the status of two consents for Since 20181 Development Limited.
This release confirms the Overseas Investment team are investigating whether Since20181 Limited has complied with the conditions of its two consents granted under the Overseas Investment Act 2005 (201900225 and 201900473).
Additional details about the investigation have been refused under section 6(c) of the Official Information Act as release would prejudice the maintenance of the law, including the investigation of offences and the right to a fair trial.
