This OIA response provides Overseas Investment’s consent conditions relating to OTPP New Zealand Forest Investments Limited application.

The applicant applied to acquire up to 100% of the shares in GTI 8 New Zealand Limited and a freehold interest in approximately 24,442.6 hectares of land known as Waonui estate at Tāneatua, Matahina, and Wainui in the central North Island.
