Delegations required to determine the freeholding of reclaimed land (subject to the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011) to the Port of Tauranga in January 2021.

  2. Instrument of Acting Appointment by Toitū Te Whenua’s that sets out ‘Abby Black’s’ right to exercise all of the powers and duties as Acting Group Manager Land and Property from November 13th 2020 until January 25th 2021 as delegated by Jerome Sheppard who was DCE Crown Property at the time and certified by Simon Espie dated 10th November 2020.
