The response provides some details of earlier requests for the missing record, copies of prior titles that NA18D/618 issued from, land transfer documents that issued or were issued from NA18D/618, deposited plans, and other supporting documents.
During the course of our investigation, a copy of the missing record was found. The Registrar will reconstitute the record of title under section 46(4) of the Land Transfer Act 2017.
