This Official Information Act response provides the Assessment Report and Notice of Decision prepared for Genesis Energy Limited and FRV NZ1 Limited’s application to exempt farm land from the advertising requirement in section 16(1)(f) of the Overseas Investment Act 2005.
Genesis Energy Limited and FRV NZ1 Limited applied for an exemption to advertise farm land, in accordance with section 20(1) of the Overseas Investment Act 2005. Genesis Energy Limited and FRV NZ1 Limited intend to use the land for solar farming purposes.
