This Official Information Act response provides the Overseas Investment Assessment Report relating to Aquila Capital Holding GmbH & Far North Solar Power Limited application for consent under the Overseas Investment Act 2005 to acquire a leasehold interest of up to 60 years in approximately 15,8555 hectares of land at 124 Lamb Road, Kaitaia, to acquire approximately 64.2833 hectares and 37.699 hectares of land respectively at Waiotahe near Opotiki, and to acquire a leasehold interest of up to 60 years in approximately 39.8895 hectares of land near Foxton.
The Applicant applied to acquire a leasehold interest of up to 60 years in approximately 16,8555 hectares of land at 124 Lamb Road, Kaitaia, to acquire approximately 64.2833 hectares and 37.699 hectares of land respectively at Waiotahe, near Opotiki, and to acquire a leasehold interest of up to 60 years in approximately 39.8895 hectares of land near Foxton.
