CSDs used to depict a subdivision of land that is completed in stages by the successive deposit of a Proposed Unit Development (PUD) plan and a First Stage Unit Plan together, and one or more further Stage Unit Plans (if any), and a complete unit plan (called Complete Stage Unit Plan in Landonline).
The CSDs are intended to complement the Cadastral Survey Guidelines (Guidelines) to assist surveyors in meeting the requirements of the Cadastral Survey Rules 2021 (CSR 2021). However, they are not necessarily fully compliant with the CSR 2021. It is recommended that:
- multiple example CSDs are referred to
- the example plans are viewed alongside the relevant Guidelines and the CSR 2021.

If you cannot find an LT number in Landonline it may have deposited, so try searching for it as a DP number.
