CSDs used to depict an amendment to one or more developed units, or the common property, on a deposited unit plan for a completed unit title development or a completed stage of a stage unit development, and that does not add or remove land from the base land.
The CSDs are intended to complement the Cadastral Survey Guidelines (Guidelines) to assist surveyors in meeting the requirements of the Cadastral Survey Rules 2021 (CSR 2021). However, they are not necessarily fully compliant with the CSR 2021. It is recommended that:
- multiple example CSDs are referred to
- the example plans are viewed alongside the relevant Guidelines and the CSR 2021.
