Background	The Consent Holder holds a Standing Consent under the increased housing, non-residential and incidental residential use pathways. This standing consent permits the Consent Holder to acquire up to 300 hectares of residential (but not otherwise sensitive) land in up to 25 transactions by 20 July 2027. This is the sixth acquisition of land under the Standing Consent. The land will be used for increasing the number of dwellings on the existing facility for long-term accommodation.
