Our offices and services will have reduced availability over the holiday period.
Reception
Our Wellington, Christchurch and Hamilton office receptions will be closed from 4pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 until 8am on Friday, 3 January 2025.
Call centre
Our call centre will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 until 8am on Friday, 3 January 2025.
Landonline
Both New Landonline and Legacy Landonline will be unavailable from 10pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 until 6am on Friday, 3 January 2025.
Survey and titles processing
Our survey and titles processing service will be closed from 10pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 until 6am on Friday, 3 January 2025.
Overseas investment
The New Zealand government shutdown period over Christmas / New Year means that assessment days under the Overseas Investment Act stop between 25 December and 15 January. Applications may slow over this period due to limited staff availability, with some of our team returning on 6 January.
Get in touch as soon as possible if your application needs a decision during the summer holiday period, or if it will need a national interest assessment.
Crown property: applications for use of land
Our Crown property applications processing service will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 until 8am on Friday, 3 January 2025.
