Information about overseas investment can now be found on our website in an interactive, visual format.
The new web pages present a huge amount of data using graphs and maps of the world – ultimately aiming to make this information easier for people to access and understand at a glance.

The dashboards include information about approved overseas investment consents since the start of 2022. Users can see data about overseas investment pathways, and foreign investments by region, industry and country – filtering on such things as land area, dollar investment and the nature of consent applications.

The pages were created in response to an increasing number of requests for the regular publication of overseas investment data and we hope these pages will make it more accessible.
