Instruments lodged for registration or noting under the Land Transfer Act 2017 must include the information prescribed for that instrument by the Land Transfer Regulations 2018.
The Registrar-General of Land has approved the electronic forms below that can be used to supply the prescribed information. The forms are not compulsory, but use of them will ensure the prescribed information is included in the instrument.
Excluded from the below forms are template instruments, such as a transfer instrument or a mortgage instrument. These instruments are prepared in Landonline.
