Survey and title processing times improving
April is usually one of our busier months, as we head into the end of the financial year. We did see an uptick on processing times for titles, with the average transaction processed in 11.2 working days – up from 10.8 days last month, but still down from the peak of 14.9 working days in January.
There’s been significant improvement for survey transactions – with an average processing time of 9.3 working days – down from 23.1 working days in January.
We expect to have processing times under 10 working days for both title and survey transactions by the end of May. As always you can check current processing times on Landonline. These are updated every week.
New cadastral survey guideline on Legalisation CSDs
We’ve published a new guideline on legalisation cadastral survey datasets (CSDs) to support surveyors undertaking cadastral surveys and preparing datasets under the Cadastral Survey Rules 2021.
The Cadastral Survey Guidelines integrate new guidance on the 2021 rules with existing material from various sources to create a one-stop-shop for information.
