Changes to Landonline account forms

We are updating and simplifying the Landonline forms you use to manage your account. The information we collect won’t change but you’ll see minor changes to how the forms look.

The most notable change is that the forms will now validate data typed into them, and let you know immediately if something looks wrong. For example, an if your email address is missing an ‘@’ or if an account code isn’t correct. 

The following forms will change: 

• New Account sign up 
• Change account detail 
• Add individual  
• Change Individuals details 
• Remove individual  

 These updated forms will be available from 20 June 2022.
