This document specifies the details of the recognition of customary marine title under the Ngā Rohe Moana o Ngā Hāpū o Ngāti Porou (Recognition of Customary Marine Title) Order 2020 and includes contact details for the management arrangement representing the customary marine title hapū.

The Ngā Rohe Moana o Ngā Hāpū o Ngāti Porou (Recognition of Customary Marine Title) Order 2020 was amended by the Ngā Rohe Moana o Ngā Hapu o Ngāti Porou (Recognition of Customary Marine Title) Amendment Order 2023. The Crown recognition document was updated as a result of that Order and includes the addition of four new customary marine title areas, from 13 April 2023, and updates the contact details for the management arrangement representing the customary marine title hapū.
The document may be amended from time to time including if the Order is amended, if the contact details for a management arrangement changes, or if a management arrangement delegates any right or responsibilities it exercises or performs on behalf of any customary marine title hapū (section 122 of the Ngā Rohe Moana o Ngā Hapū o Ngāti Porou Act 2019 applies to that delegation).
