Fletcher Residential Limited develops residential land and builds new dwellings. It is acquiring a freehold interest in about 20 ha of rural land in Riverhead northwest of Auckland. The land is zoned Future Urban under the Auckland Council Plan. Fletcher Residential Limited proposes to develop residential houses on the land.
