Organisational staff survey results from 2019 and 2020 relating to employee engagement and wellbeing.
Every year Toitū Te Whenua LINZ surveys employees to measure aspects of employment including engagement and wellbeing. The results of the surveys are communicated to leaders and employees within the business to enable them to improve the working environment and overall wellbeing. The attached documents include both survey results and communications documents to support employee health and resilience.
