A cancellation of a unit plan can be lodged for registration by e-dealing using the instrument code ‘CUTP’ which is an image only instrument signed by the relevant party.
An application by a body corporate under section 177 of the Unit Titles Act 2010 must be accompanied by a certificate under section 216 and a certificate from a registered valuer in accordance with section 177(7).
The certificates under sections 216 and s177(7) can be lodged for registration using the instrument codes ‘C216’ and ‘C177’. The certificates should be included in the same dealing as, and prior to, the ‘CUTP’ instrument.
