These checklists should be used to:
- Assist with preparation of e-dealing instruments
- Minimise errors in instruments (and therefore the register)
- Ensure that relevant information is obtained
- Prevent rejections for omitted or incorrect information and
- Provide a useful record of the checks performed by both the Primary Contact and Conveyancing Professional
