Several documents were released in response to this request, including two Ministerial briefings and four documents relating to organisational change within the 1 March to 16 August timeframe.
Request for information regarding the 2024 change processes, including:
- Overall number of roles disestablished and established
- Any internal communication regarding concerns on the impact to the frontline (between 1 March and 16 August 2024)
- Any communication between management and leadership regarding leaks around the change process (between 1 March and 16 August 2024)
- All communication between the Chief Executive and the Minister regarding the change process (between 1 March and 16 August 2024)
- Amount spent on leadership leaving/arriving events or parties in 2024
- Amount saved on contractor and consultant spend through the change process
- Number of times counselling services were used (between 1 March and 16 August 2024)
- The change process decision document
- Any reviews conducted after the change process was implemented.
