Background

The Consent Holder holds a residential Standing Consent under the increased housing, non-residential use and incidental residential use pathways. 

This Standing Consent permits the Consent Holder to acquire up to 300 hectares of residential (but not otherwise sensitive) land in up to 25 transactions by 25 July 2027. 

This is the 5th transaction under the Standing Consent. The Land will be used as an accessway for providing public access from the Consent Holder’s retirement village and a nearby public walkway.
