Production issues for Legacy Landonline

Production issues are issues actively being monitored in Legacy Landonline until we have a resolution.

Our Legacy Landonline application is also known as Landonline Workspace and includes e-dealing, e-survey, e-search, and TA e-certification.

.ICA file failing to launch on Citrix 2405

Some customers have reported that they’re unable to launch legacy Landonline when opening the .ICA file. This relates to the latest Citrix 2405 current release.

Step 1

Navigate down to the bottom right-hand corner of your primary screen where you should see an arrow pointing upward. Click the icon to expand your system tray.

Step 2

Right-click the Citrix Workspace (The blue & white circle icon) and select "Advanced Preferences"

Step 3

Select "Reset Citrix Workspace" and then "Yes, reset Citrix Workspace" in the following pop up.
Once complete, you should now be able to launch the .ICA file to open legacy Landonline again.

Note

Some customers may have their system configured in a way that means they have to do this frequently. If this happens to you, we would suggest you switch to our recommended version of Citrix Workspace LTSR, and do not accept the auto-update to 2405.

SQL Error-284 when trying to submit a dealing

If your dealing contains a transfer and the dealing fails to submit, check the Instruments & Roles page as the transfer instrument might have both roles (transferor and transferee) set to be both responsible for fees. Make the necessary correction and submit your dealing again. 

Unable to connect to Legacy Landonline

December 2022

Some customers may find that they are unable to connect to Legacy Landonline during peak usage. In most cases this will be due to our Citrix Server capacity reaching the maximum number of connected users.

If you receive this error, please try connecting again at a later time. Other options, if applicable, are to use New Landonline Dealings or Web Search where there is no reliance on Citrix.

Signing Error Message 30520

If you get the error Message 30250, you need to upgrade to the recently released version of Digisign.

An unidentified error has occurred during signing

January 2023

If you get the error “Predefined Message, an unidentified error has occurred in signing”, you need to upgrade to the recently released version of Digisign OR repair Digisign

Solution

To repair:

A & I form printing unintelligible text

Some customers experience problems printing with the A & I form when their printed hardcopy has been produced with text in an unintelligible format.

 

Solution

Select the "Next" button on the CPP_S02 - Authority and Instruction Form to display a preview of the A&I form. 

Choose "Select All" from the edit menu, or press Ctrl + A on the keyboard.

Then, change the font drop down menu from the default Arial font to any other font.

UniPrint client does not open

When the local UniPrint window/s do not open EG printing A& I forms.

 

Solution

Use option to “Save as” to a local drive then print that locally saved file. Note: you will need to select a suitable local-PC folder – if you try to save to a folder on the Landonline Citrix server an error occurs advising that location is blocked.

Where the problem relates to the corporate version of Windows that you are using, the only workaround is to save and print locally. We are currently working on an upgrade to our UniPrint server and we expect that this will either resolve the issue or provide us with a better indication of the cause so that we can resolve it.

Landonline freezing during Certify and Sign

A number of users have reported issues with Landonline freezing during certifying and signing of dealings.
