This OIA response provides the Overseas Investment Assessment Reports relating to Pine Plantations Private Limited’s applications for consent to acquire approximately 457ha of land situated at 111 Gully Road, Southland and approximately 264ha of land situated at 563 Happy Valley Road. Southland.
The applicant Pine Plantations Private Limited will acquire a freehold interest in land in Southland. The applicant intends to convert the two adjacent properties into a commercial forestry plantation.
