My PDF images aren't uploading
Check the file size of your images. If the combined size of your files is more than 20MB the images may not upload. Individual PDFs should not exceed 10 MB in size.
To reduce the size of your PDFs, consider:
- changing any coloured PDFs to black and white
- removing any unnecessary images from the PDFs
- compress the file size.

My PDF images aren't clear or easy to read after uploading
If it’s difficult to read your PDF image, consider:
- changing the type of font or font size to make it clearer
- converting your documents to pdf again
- scanning your documents again. for best results put through the top of your scanner or make sure your lid is closed.
My PDF images are blank when I upload them
If your PDF images are blank you'll need to remove them and upload them again.
'File has been flagged as potentially unsafe' error message
If you get an error message that your file has been flagged as potentially unsafe, please remove this file or PDF.
Try printing the document out and rescanning it as a PDF. Then upload the PDF again.
I can't preview or certify and sign my instrument in Legacy Landonline
Any attachments added in New Landonline for an instrument can't be previewed or certified and signed in Legacy Landonline.
An easy way to tell if an attachment was loaded in New Landonline is by looking at the TIF file size in Legacy Landonline.
If the file size is 0 KB it means the file was uploaded in New Landonline. Go to New Landonline to continue processing the instrument.
I can't preview or certify and sign my instrument in New Landonline
If your instrument has attachments that will exceed 20 MB, you won't be able to add these to New Landonline.
Try reducing the file sizes or go to Legacy Landonline to prepare the instrument for processing.
If some of your attachments were added in Legacy Landonline you won't be able to select each file and preview the documents individually in New Landonline.
Instead use the Instrument preview button to see the full instrument preview.
An easy way to tell if an instrument was uploaded in Legacy Landonline is if the file type is a TIF.
