A surveyor cannot add or replace a manual TA certification once a plan is approved, as the plan is no longer in the surveyor’s workspace. If they need to attach/replace a manual TA certification, they need to do one of the following:
- Surveyor can raise an Approved CSD correction/amendment request directly via the Landonline workspace with the image for LINZ to add or replace the existing certification
- Send the image to the Territorial Authority to attach it to their plan as a supporting document – the TA should be able to find the approved plan in their workspace by selecting either option below to carry out the attachment of a manual certification:
