We're modernising Landonline so it remains a world-class property system, ensuring that information about land in New Zealand continues to be trusted, accessible and easy to use. And importantly that the Landonline system can help deliver productivity improvements in the sector.

As part of this project we're now seeking feedback on our proposal to modernise the way you view and use survey plans by replacing the current plans with a digitally visualised version.

Feedback from users shows that static survey plans are time-consuming to prepare and can be difficult to use. A prototype has been developed to test digitally visualised survey plans with the aim of creating products that are more user friendly.  The goal is to reduce the effort and rework involved in the preparation of manually drafted (static) plans and better meet users’ needs.

We are now seeking feedback to better understand the benefits, costs and challenges associated with using digitally visualised survey plans.
