If a dealing includes an instrument that needs a Notice of Change (NoC), in most cases parties can open and send the Notice of Change form provided by Landonline as part of completing the dealing.
Find when you can't complete a Notice of Change in Landonline:
NoC in Legacy Landonline
If completing a NoC in Legacy Landonline, you’ll create the NoC form by going to the instrument’s prepare screen and selecting the Add NoC button at the bottom of the screen.
What to do
1. Navigate to the Notice of Change page:
- through the dealing navigation bar on the left of the page
- through the three-dot icon next to the dealing on your Landing page
- through the three-dot icon next to the instrument in the Instrument and Roles section of your dealing
- on the Prepare instrument page, by selecting the Notice of Change button at the bottom of the page.
2. The Notice of Change page displays all instruments from the dealing you're able to prepare a NoC for. The status of the form will show, so you can check its status without needing to open the form. It will:
- be blank if it hasn’t been started
- show ‘In progress’ while it is being prepared
- show ‘Ready to send’ when it has been updated as ‘Ready to send’.
3. Select a row to launch the NoC form for the associated instrument.
Selecting the instrument hyperlink
Selecting the instrument hyperlink instead of anywhere else on the row will take you to the Prepare instrument page
4. Prepare the Notice of Change form.
To save a draft of the form, select Save at the bottom of the form. You can return to the form to make updates.
The status of the form will display at the top of the form. It will:
- be blank if it hasn’t been started
- show ‘In progress’ while it is being prepared
- show ‘Ready to send’ when it has been updated as ‘Ready to send’.
