Ngā Pūkenga o Toitū Te Whenua (Ngā Pūkenga) is loosely translated as the skills of LINZ and is our capability framework, which describes “how” we fulfil our roles. It complements the technical & professional knowledge and skills we need to do our work.
All roles at Toitū Te Whenua have been grouped into clusters that have similar capability expectations. The capabilities have been described differently for each cluster so there is clarity in what is expected for each role.

This sets out the leadership expectations for the public service. It also includes five capabilities specific to Toitū Te Whenua:
